Delivery

All orders over £20.00 received before 1pm receive Free standard delivery and will be despatched within 24-48 hours and delivered within 3-5 working days (these times are worst case scenario and your delivery will usually arrive well within these expectations).

We cannot guarantee these times as we are dependant on couriers and therefore cannot be held liable for any losses due to late delivery.

Orders under £20.00 are subject to £2.99 delivery charge.

Express deliveries are subject to £9.99 charge. Orders placed on working days before 1pm will be despatched within 24 hours. We always try to despatch orders placed before 1pm on working days on the same day as orders are received but cannot guarantee this. Once express orders are despatched they will be delivered on Parcelforce next day delivery.

Express bike orders may take slightly longer and are usually despatched within 1-3 days and delivery is then the next day.

The bikes we sell here are aimed at being a cost effective replacement for uneconomical repairs and so to keep the price as low as possible the bikes are sent in boxes and so are 75% built. Once delivered your bike will need some assembly which can be done by you or if you are within our area covered, we can deliver your bike fully assembled and ready to ride for an extra £35.  If you have any queries regarding fitting or adjusting when your bike is delivered please just give us a call and we will be happy to walk you through the process.
